Office hours for records inquiries and copy requests are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Copies of records will cost $0.50 per page and maps or charts will cost $1 per plat. Cash, checks, or cards are accepted during in-person requests.

Property and land records can also be requested by mailing the Request Form to the Fayette County Clerk. If the form cannot be printed, mail a written request with all the required information from the form included.
